Shiloh Pepin : the little Mermaid(Video)
Watch Shiloh Pepin's Video while at the pool. She was born with Mermaid Syndrome or Sirenomelia where the fetus fails to develop resulting in a fusion of the lower limbs and making her look like a mermaid.
